After research, it was decided to carry out the selection of Henan Civil Architecture Society 2023 excellent member units, individual members and excellent institute workers from now on。The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Selection scope

All members and member units of Henan Civil Architecture Society。

2. Selection time and quota allocation

(1) Applying for and recommending 2023 "Excellent Member units, individual members and excellent Institute Workers", the deadline is January 26, 2024。

(2) The allocation of "Excellent member units, individual members and excellent institute workers" in 2023 is as follows (selected by several candidates who recommend and apply) :

1.10 excellent member units;

2.30 outstanding individual members;

3.There are 10 outstanding society workers。

3. Declaration conditions

(A) the application of excellent member units, in addition to the participating year has not been the entrusted unit true complaints, administrative departments or industry associations, associations, criticism, punishment, should also meet the following conditions:

1.Registered members of the Association, conscientiously implement the national and local laws and regulations, industry standards and norms, no bad behavior record, good social reputation;

2.Outstanding achievements in the development and innovation of civil construction, can consciously maintain the image of the industry, and play a leading role in the industry;

3.The leadership group is united and cooperative, honest and self-disciplined, with strong cohesion and sense of responsibility, and the enterprise management system is sound;

4.The staff is stable, the overall quality is good, there is a strong team spirit;

5.Outstanding work performance, social and economic benefits in the region, the industry ranks among the best;

6.Encourage employees to constantly update business knowledge, master advanced professional knowledge in the industry, and actively participate in professional research and writing professional papers;

7.Actively participate in the activities organized by Henan Civil Architecture Society and support the work of the society;

8.Party organizations should be sound or support employees to participate in party building activities。

(2) To apply for outstanding individual members, in addition to loving the motherland, abiding by discipline and law, having the scientific spirit of "dedication, innovation, truth-seeking, collaboration" and excellent scientific ethics and style of study, they should also meet the following conditions:

1.Registered members of the Association shall consciously abide by the articles of Association and actively implement the resolutions and decisions of the Association。

3.Love the society, enthusiasm for the work of the society, dedication, hard work, and actively participate in the activities organized by the society。

4.The work is "qualified" by the annual assessment of the employer.。

5.Actively participate in academic exchanges and writing papers, and won the third prize of the society's outstanding papers。

(3) To apply for outstanding institute workers, they must adhere to the Party's basic line, love the motherland, have a decent style of study, be realistic and innovative, and should meet the following conditions:

1.Have the "excellent member" all the evaluation conditions。

2.It can timely reflect the opinions and suggestions of members, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members according to law, and offer suggestions for the development of the society。

3.Unite members, serve members enthusiastically, actively plan and organize the branch to carry out various activities, and achieve significant results, have a certain social impact。

4.Actively organize members to participate in the activities organized by the society, and successfully complete the work assigned by the society。

4. Selection Method

(A) Each branch, local society, member units according to the number of members 1% of the proportion (or 1 person) recommend "excellent member" candidates for the evaluation。

(2) Each branch and local society can recommend 1 unit as the candidate unit of "Excellent Member Unit"。

(3) One staff member of the society above the deputy secretary general of each branch shall be the candidate for the "Excellent Society Worker"。

(4) Those who have been rated as excellent institute workers and excellent members in 2022 will no longer participate in the evaluation this year。

(5) Each branch and local society will recommend excellent member units, individual members and candidates/units of excellent society workers to submit to the secretariat of the society, after the evaluation of the society's organizational review committee, Henan Civil Architecture Society will issue a notice of commendation and issue a certificate of honor。
