After research, it was decided to carry out the fifth session in the province from now onSelection of "Henan Province Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award and Architectural Design Award"。

"Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award" is a science and technology award in the field of civil construction engineering in Henan Province, sponsored by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Association and supported by the Henan Provincial Civil Construction Society。"Architectural Design Award" aims to encourage the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of civil and architectural engineering technicians in our province, constantly improve the overall level of civil and architectural engineering design, promote the healthy development of urban and rural construction in our province, and make greater contributions to the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone。All units are requested to seriously and actively organize the application and recommendation of architectural design award projects。

Relevant matters are explained as follows:

1. Classification of declaration

1. Public construction projects (including municipal public engineering design);

2. Residential and residential projects;

3. Urban and rural planning and landscape design projects;

2. Working organization

Henan Civil architecture societyThe "Office for the Selection of the Fifth Henan Civil Engineering Science and Technology Award and Architectural Design Award" (hereinafter referred to as the "Office"), co-located with the secretariat of the society, is responsible for coordinating, contacting and receiving, sorting out, classifying and filing materials and other services。

3. Declaration materials

Participating projects must be in accordance with the "Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award.· Submission of application documents as stipulated in the Application and Evaluation Measures for Architectural Design Award (see Annex 1). In addition, a multimedia electronic presentation of the overall situation of the project should be submitted (the time should not exceed 5 minutes)。Format: AVI, WMV, MPG, DAT, VOB, MP4, RMVB, PPT/PPS, carrier: CD or U disk)。

4. Declaration conditions and time

1、The applicant's unit must be a group member of Henan Civil Architecture Society, and the first applicant should be an individual member of the Association (can apply for membership at the same time).。

2. Each project shall pay the evaluation cost fee of 1800 yuan when submitting the evaluation materials。

3. All units shall directly submit the project information to the office (Secretariat of the Institute) before November 10, 2018, and will not be accepted after the deadline。
